PURPOSE: A real time updating image processing system of a digital image applied by reference point data is provided to efficiently operate a camera by reducing a mounting space of a digital camera. CONSTITUTION: When a folding up/down sub gear(510) reaches a certain angle by rotating in an opposite direction to a rotation direction of a rotary body(112), a rotating flow is limited by hanging of a gear stopper(520) and a camera stopper(530). A digital camera(113) maintains a lying position. When the digital camera passes through the bottom side of an aircraft, the digital camera is naturally bent by inertia. A lower space of the aircraft has a wider space.
