PURPOSE: A resin composition for encapsulating solar battery module is provided to enhance all sorts of material properties including adhesive property, transparency, UV stability, heat-resisting stability, and high temperature and high humidity stability. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for encapsulating solar battery module includes ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer. The ethylene vinyl acetate has a melt index of 10-30 g/10 minutes and a vinyl acetate content of 15-35 weight%. The distribution of the molecular weight is 3-5, an average molecular weight is 65,000-95,000, and fraction for the molecular weight less than 10,000 is 12-18%. The fraction for the weight molecular more than 100,000 is 15-22%, and the melting point at 100 deg. Celsius is 2000-4000 Pa*s. The solar cell module is a building integrated photovoltaic module. |
