PURPOSE: A bifacial photovoltaic localized emitter solar cell is provided to maximize photovoltaic efficiency by forming an electrode pattern for high photovoltaic surface. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) of silicone material includes a front electrode(14) and a back contact electrode(15). A first floating junction layer(10-1) is formed in the upper layer of the substrate. A second floating junction layer(10-2) is formed in the lower layer of the substrate. An emitter layer(30) and an auxiliary electrode layer(40) are sequently deposited between the substrate and a front electrode. A back field layer(31) and an auxiliary electrode layer(41) sequently deposited between the substrate and the back contact electrode. |
