PURPOSE: A structure of a hood latch for a vehicle is provided to removing a noise due to a gap occurrence by adhering a latch and a striker through a supporting member. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a hood latch for a vehicle comprises a supporting member(20) which is adhered to a first slot(12) of a latch(10) and a second slot(13) when a striker when entering. The supporting member is a leaf spring which has an elastic force, a first leg part(22a) and a second leg part(22b), and a support(21) which is adhered at the striker between the first leg part and the second leg part.
