PURPOSE: An adiabatic hot water tank is provided to install a detachable cover at the hot water tank equipped with a double wall structure, thereby easily cleaning the hot water tank. CONSTITUTION: An adiabatic hot water tank includes a body, an upper cover(10), and an O-ring(26). The body comprises an inner wall(104) and an outer wall(102). The inner wall of which one side is opened is cylindrical. The inner wall is surrounded by the outer wall which is cylindrical. The end portions of the inner wall and the outer wall are mutually adhered and integrated so that a closed vacuum layer(106) is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. The upper cover is coupled with the outer periphery of the body. The O-ring is interposed between the body and the upper cover. The outer surface of the inner wall is coated with a triple plating layer of Ni, Cu, and Ni. A drain pipe(70) for draining water inside the inner wall is formed at the bottom of the body. An inlet(40) in which water flows and an outlet(30) out of which hot water flows are formed at a covering portion(20). At least one of the drain pipe, the inlet, and the outlet is equipped with a vacuum layer formed with a double wall for insulation.
