PURPOSE: An air cooling device is provided to discharge cold air cooled by thermal media of low temperature to a rear side of an electric fan with extremely low electricity, thereby reducing the temperature of wind generated by an electric fan. CONSTITUTION: An air cooling device comprises a body(10), an upper unit(20), a fan device(30), and a dispersing unit. A space is formed inside the body, and a plurality of thermal media is stored in the space. A door for storing the thermal media is installed inside the door. The upper unit is formed on the upper part of the body and includes a discharging unit discharging the cold air of the thermal media arranged inside the body. The fan device supplies outside air to an inlet formed in the lower lateral side of the body. The dispersing unit is fixed to an inner lower floor portion of the body. The outside air flows into an opened surface of the dispersing unit. The outside air is uniformly dispersed inside the body through a plurality of discharging holes.
