摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An ACK(Acknowledgement) and NACK(Non Acknowledgement) feedback method in a radio communications system capable of forming the performance optimization and the coexistence of different communications systems without limitation to the number of amplifiers in UE(User Equipment) is provided to effectively support carrier aggregation between bands of different frame structure configurations by providing the ACK and NACK feedback method available for different frame structures. CONSTITUTION: A UE distinguishes the number of common subframes(301). An eNB(Evolved NodeB) informs the number of PCC(Primary Component Carrier)s used for ACK and NACK feedback through RRC(Radio Resource Control) signaling to the UE. The UE selects a configuration(302). The uplink subframe includes subframes according to the distinguished number of the common subframes. The UE gives feedback on ACK and NACK information corresponding a PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel) in a SCC(Secondary Component Carrier) on the PCC using a timing relation between the ACK and NACK corresponding to the selected configuration in the eNB and the PDSCH(303). [Reference numerals] (301) UE distinguishes the number of common subframes. The common frame is an uplink subframe in a PCC and SCC subframe of a wireless frame; (302) UE selects a configuration.
