PURPOSE: An SSR primer isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus is provided to effectively detect DNA polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: An SSR(simple sequence repeat) primer pair has two base sequences selected among sequence numbers 1-42. The base sequence is derived from Acanthopanax senticosus. A method for detecting DNA polymorphism of Acanthopanax senticosus comprises: a step of isolating genome DAN from Acanthopanax sp. plants or plants of control group; a step of performing PCR using SSR primer pair; and a step of separating PCR product by size. |
