PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing TPU coated yarn are provided to ensure excellent durability, waterproof, and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a TPU coated yarn(10): a step of preparing yarn; a step of impregnating the yarn into a refining agent solution and washing in clean water; a step of drying the washed yarn; a step of passing the yarn in TPU fusion resin and applying TPU fusion resin onto the surface of the yarn; and a step of washing and drying the TPU coated yarn.
