PURPOSE: A differential controlling device for a riding management machine is provided to give a smooth actuating-force by a tensile force and to improve a quality and a durability of the differential control device by preventing a buckling or damage. CONSTITUTION: A differential controlling device(115) comprises a selector plate, a retainer plate, a differential actuator plate, a brake link and a differential link. The selector plate is mounted at the upper end of a fork arm which has a fork to operate a brake and a differential gear. The retainer plate is fixed at the real wheel housing of the lower position and is located to the bottom surface of the selection plate. The differential actuator plate is connected to the upper side of the selection plate. The brake link is located at the upper side of the center of the differential operation plate, is connected to the rear side of the brake rod(111) which is connected to a brake pedal(109). The differential link is located at the upper side of the lower side of the differential operation plate, is connected to the rear side of the differential rod(112) which is connected to the differential pedal(110).
