PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmission method is provided to distribute or transmit data in each network by adding network routing information to the data. CONSTITUTION: A distribution control unit(430) extracts access information allocated to a terminal device in two or more networks. The distribution control unit distributes two or more part data to the two or more networks. The distribution control unit includes the access information extracted by corresponding to a network transmitted to each part data. A multi-communication unit(440) transmits the two or more part data through the two or more networks according to the access information.
