PURPOSE: A smart phone integrated security control system and a method thereof are provided to supply a seamless security environment optimized for a smart work environment or a mobile office managed in a company or an institution. CONSTITUTION: An integrated DB(201) generates an audit target case generated in an agent layer(100) and a manager layer(200) as a log. The integrated DB stores and manages the generated log by the manager layer. A management console layer(300) inquires into data stored in the integrated DB. The management console layer generates a report. The management console layer is linked with a WAS(Web Application Server) to provide a control screen to a general web and a mobile web.
