PURPOSE: Sewn gloves using double knit fabric are provided to simplify process and to reduce production costs. CONSTITUTION: Sewn gloves are manufactured using knitted and woven fabric(10). The knitted and woven fabric is overlapped in double layers and is woven with bonding threads. A worker completes gloves by cutting and sewing double layered yarn(30). The knitted and woven fabric is processed using one selected from natural fiber and artificial yarn. |
