PURPOSE: A polyethylene resin composition is provided to improve tensile strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene resin composition comprises 1-20 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, 0.1-5 parts by weight of an adhesive resin, 0.2-3 parts by weight of a primary antioxidant, 0.1-2.5 parts by weight of a secondary antioxidant, and 0.5-3 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer. The UV stabilizer is a 2-(2'hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazoles. The adhesive resin is a maleic anhydride-grafted linear low density polyethylene-based adhesive resin. The inorganic filler is calcium carbonate.
