PURPOSE: A zipper-lock silicon bag for molding composite materials is provided to enable users to use the bag multiple times, and to rapidly mold the composite materials. CONSTITUTION: A zipper-lock silicon bag for molding composite materials comprises the following: a bottom plate(12) and a cover plate(11) combined to each other by facing each other; a zipper-lock unit(20) formed on one edge of the bottom plate or the cover plate for sealing the silicon bag; and a vacuum forming suction port(30) formed on the bottom plate or the cover. The cover plate covers the upper side of the bottom plate. Both bottom plate and cover plate are formed with silicon. The silicon bag molds the composite materials by the following steps: inserting pre-preg into the silicon bag before locating the silicon bag in a mold; connecting the vacuum forming suction port with a vacuum pump for closely attaching the pre-preg with the silicon bag; and heating and hardening the pre-preg. |
