An attenuator of a spectrum analyzer is provided to improve reliability by satisfying the characteristics required for the spectrum analyzer having a voltage standing wave ratio below 1.45. An attenuator(100) of a spectrum analyzer includes a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(110), a copper film(113), and a relay(120). A through hole(111) is formed in the PCB where an inner surface of the through hole is coated with the copper film. The relay is soldered and connected by inserting electronic components installed on the PCB and one side thereof into the through hole. The copper film on the top surface of the PCB in contact with the through hole is removed. |
