PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or suppressing hyeprproliferation of skin cells is provided to treat and prevent hyperproliferation and manufacture cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or suppressing hyperproliferation of skin cells contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or solvent or hydrate thereof. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hyperproliferative diseases of skin cells. The diseases include skin cancer, psoriasis, skin photoaging, dermatitis vegetans, or sarcoidosis. The composition suppresses hyperproliferation of UVB-induced epithelial cells. |
