PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, an image sensor including the same, and an operating method thereof are provided to sense light of high illumination and low illumination on the pixel by shortening a charge accumulation time for the high illumination and increasing charge storage capacity in a moment. CONSTITUTION: A charge accumulated in a photoelectric conversion unit in a first accumulation section is delivered to a charge storage unit(S12). A signal level is read in the first accumulation section(S13). A charge accumulated in the photoelectric conversion unit in a second accumulation section is delivered to the charge storage unit.
