<p>PURPOSE: A mortar composition using coal ash is provided to be able to manufacture mortar having high compression strength without the use of sand by including proper ratio of coal dust, cement, burnt plaster, quicklime, retardant, and thickener. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mortar composition comprises the following steps. Water is proportionally mixed to a solid including 7.5 parts by weight of coal dust, 1.5-3.0 parts by weight of cement, 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of burnt plaster, 1.0-2.0 parts by weight of quicklime(CaO), 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of retardant, and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of thickener. The coal dust may be a compound of fly ash, bottom ash, or compound thereof. The cement may be Portland cement, blast-furnace slag cement, or Portland pozzolan cement, or compound thereof. The thickener may be the cellulose thickener, the soluble polyacryl amid group polymer, the polyvinyl alcohol, or polyvinyl acetate. The concrete composition comprises 1 part by weight of mortar composition and 0.5-3 parts by weight of aggregate.</p> |
