TIRE WITH FOAMED NOISE DAMPER

PURPOSE: A tire with a foamed noise damper is provided to appropriately reduce noise by ensuring the proper density and the porosity of the foamed noise damper for reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: A tire with a foamed noise damper comprises two inextensible beads, a ground-contact tread part, a pair of individual sidewalls, a support carcass(12), and an inner liner(16). The inextensible beads are spaced apart from each other. A pair of individual sidewalls is extended radially inward from the axial outer edge of the tread part which limits the width of a tread(13). A pair of individual sidewalls connects each bead. The support carcass supports the tread part and the sidewalls. The inner liner is placed inwardly in the radial direction of the carcass. The inner liner has an inner liner surface(18) facing the internal cavity of the tire. A release agent is placed on the surface of the inner liner.
