PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly fire extinguishing system for a frying cooker is provided to prevent oil from splashing. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly fire extinguishing system for a frying cooker comprises a flying cooker exhaust hood(100) which is arranged on the top of the flying cooker, fine mist injection nozzles(200) which suppress fire by spraying fine mist to the flying cooker, a control box(400) which comprises a rotary switch, a signal lamp and controls the spray of fine mist, and an emergency manual operating button(700) which is manually operated in emergency and suppresses fire.
