Roller hardening machine includes several technology sections, each of which comprises a frame, a bottom and a movable upper roller lifting beams with drive rollers, hydraulic drive of movement in the vertical direction of the upper traverse, collectors for cooling water supplying, the drive rollers of each section are disposed respectively to each other. The machine is equipped with mangle section and squeeze roll section comprising a movable upper and lower beams. The mangle section has several drive straightening rollers disposed staggered. The squeeze roll section has a pair of squeeze rollers. The squeeze roll section is located between mangle section and the first technological section of the machine, at that drives of the vertical movement of the upper beams for each of the added sections are individual. |
