LIFTING-TURNING TABLE FOR CASTING LADLES

A lifting-turning table for casting ladles comprises two pairs of joists, each of which is pivotally connected to an upper arm made in the form of a pair of double-hinged units articulated by a rigid link, and pivotally connected to a lower rod made in the form of a double-hinged unit, as well as a foundation post articulated through a bearing to a driving rotating body made with spaced hinges on its height connected to two pairs of lower rods and two upper arms, each of which interacts through its rigid link with a lifting drive placed on the rotating body made of two parts interconnected by flanges, each joist is equipped with weight measuring sensors connected to a horizontal beam. The connecting flanges of two parts of rotating body are placed below the level of axes of its lower hinges.
