A method for treating acute rhinosinusitis comprises the puncture of the maxillary sinus, catheter installation, antiseptic administration. At the first stage the preparation of nasal cavity is made by nasal mucosa anemiazation with 1% mesaton solution or 0.1% epinephrine hydrochloride solution and the puncture/catheterization. The blowing of nasal mucosa of nasal cavity or maxillary sinus is made with cold gas stream containing nitric oxide (NO-JVT).
