<p>PURPOSE: Phosphor composition and a white light emitting device using the same are provided to replace silicate a fluorescent substance and an yttrium aluminum garnet fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: An LED emits the light having wavelength of 440-470nm. A phosphor composition is positioned on the LED. The fluorescent composition includes a first yellow, a second yellow, and a red phosphor substance. The first yellow phosphor has a peak wavelength of 535-545nm. The second yellow phosphor has a peak wavelength of 545-555nm. The red phosphor has a peak wavelength of 645-655nm.</p> |
