There is represented a machine comprising three-sectional frame tied to a tractor by an overhang mechanism 1. Frame central section has rectangular shape and a diagonal bar 5 thereof is movable crosswise. The plough blades 10 with the shares 9 are installed on the diagonal bar of frame central section by means of posts 8. The frame second section 11 has a shape of trapezium, and the cultivator legs 13 are installed by means of posts 12. The second section is located above a central section movable in vertical plane. The frame third section 17 is located behind the central section and the bins 18 and 19 of seeds and mineral fertilizer with sowing devices, and operating element for powdering soil made as legs 20 are installed thereon.
