METHOD OF TEMPERATURE FIELD PROGRAMMED CONTROL

摘要

A method of temperature field programmed control involves the generation of setup unit temperature code, object temperature measurement and formation of control action as step function. The control action is generated as summary of unit functions at known value of the control action, output signals are measured, and object unit-step response is determined, according to which a temperature increase code summary is determined till the end of programmed control interval. Temperature is measured at all q points of thermal field formed by p heaters. The control action is generated for thermal field by means of two-stage control system.
