PURPOSE: A method for continuously preparing organometallic compounds is provided to continuously obtain the organometallic compound with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously preparing organometallic compounds comprises: a step of providing a device with a reaction unit(10) having a contact zone(15) and a heat transfer zone(20); a step of continuously transferring a first reactant stream and a second reactant stream into the contact zone and forming a reactant mixture stream, wherein the first reactant stream(17) and the second reactant stream(27) are a co-current flow; a step of forming an organometallic compound product stream from the reactant mixture stream; a step of controlling temperature and pressure of a product stream within the heat transfer zone to maintain most of organometallic compounds in a liquid phase; and a step of transferring the product stream into a separation unit.
