PURPOSE: A displacement amplifying type piezoelectric pump is provided to increase the pumping capacity of the fluid by increasing the displacement of a diaphragm pumping the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A displacement amplifying type piezoelectric pump(100) comprises a housing(10), a pumping room(20), an intake check valve(30), a first pressure portion(40), a stacked PZT(50), a controller(60), a second pressure portion(80) and an amplifying room(70). The pumping room is formed in the inner structure of the housing and is respectively connected to an inlet flow passage(21) and an outlet flow passage(22). The intake check valve prevents the counter flow. The first pressure portion controls the volume of the pumping room. The stacked PZT is connected to the first pressure portion. The controller applies the electric signal in the stacked PZT and controls the displacement of the first pressure portion with the displacement of the stacked PZT. The second pressure portion raises the displacement with the displacement of the stacked PZT. The amplifying room amplifies the displacement of the second pressure portion. |
