PURPOSE: A method for testing a LNG floating production storage offloading is provided to reduce time and costs required for test and repairmen of a LNG floating production storage offloading by directly testing performance nearby construction fields after constructing the LNG floating production storage offloading. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing a LNG floating production storage offloading is as follows. A LNG carrier vessel is floated alongside a LNG floating production storage offloading on the sea(S1). LNG is supplied from the LNG carrier vessel to a cargo hold of the LNG floating production storage offloading and the conditions of an external connection pipe among upper structures are checked(S2). LNG boil off gas generated by vaporizing LNG in the cargo hold is supplied to a LNG liquefying device and a generator of a LNG liquefying facility for a LNG liquefying test so that the conditions of the cargo hole, the LNG liquefying device, and an internal pipe are checked(S3). The LNG is supplied from the cargo hole to the LNG carrier vessel and the conditions of the external connection pipe are checked(S4). |
