<p>PURPOSE: A secondary battery pack is provided to protect and insulate the protection circuit module and to prevent the electrode terminal from being exposed to outside. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery pack(700) comprises a battery cell(100) with electrode terminals(110,120) formed on one side which comprises a sealed surplus part(130); and a protection circuit module(500) which is electrically connected to the battery cell through the terminal. The protection circuit module comprises: a substrate which has a protection circuit and terminal connection parts(220,230); and a protection circuit module case(300) to surround the substrate through the open one side. The protection circuit module case with the substrate is mounted on the sealed surplus part of the battery cell.</p> |
