摘要 PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling smart avoidance of vehicles is provided to image-decode driving information of a vehicle expressed by symbolized codes in a user's own car, and analyze a decoded result, thereby smartly controlling accident avoidance of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for controlling smart avoidance of vehicles comprises a vehicle information obtaining part(110), a symbol encoder part(120), a lamp controller(130), an image obtaining part(140), a symbol decoder part(160), a calculation part(170), and a control part(180). The symbol encoder part encodes obtained information to corresponding symbolized code information. The lamp controller controls emitting devices like a lamp to express symbolized code information. The image obtaining part captures the symbolized code displayed on lamps of the opposite vehicle. The symbol decoder part extracts current driving information about the opposite vehicle by decoding the symbolized code of the opposite vehicle. The calculation part calculates danger of accident information between a user's own vehicle and the opposite vehicle. The control part controls driving of the user's own car based on the danger of accident information.
