PURPOSE: An image processing device, a control method thereof, and a computer-readable medium thereof are provided to receive determination manipulation for determining a reference position on a panorama image before the opening of the photographing operation of the panorama image and determine a photographing range of the panorama image based on the determined reference position. CONSTITUTION: A reference position receiving unit(190) receives inputted middle or termination reference position information. A control unit(160) controls a photographing device(100). After the reference position receiving unit receives the middle or termination reference position information, the control unit starts the generation of images based on the middle or termination reference position information. The images are used for the generation of a panorama image.
