The invention relates to devices for analysis of gases and liquids. A coulometric detector consists of a body with cylindrical channel in which there is a platinum indicator cathode, nozzle for gas injection and side channel for injection of electrolyte in which in direction of electrolyte flow a generator cathode, anode and hydrodynamical throttle are placed. Between generator anode and throttle a device for injection of sample by a syringe with self-sealing membrane is placed, then downstream of the throttle – indicator anode made of platinum wire, and indicator cathode made of platinum foil is tightly pressed to the wall of the channel. The invention provides increase of sensitivity and reliability of operation of the detector. |
