[Object] To provide a device with an e-mail function that allows screen transition actions to be smoothly performed in the e-mail function. [Constitution] When checking detailed content of mail, a user selects a desired mail title from a list and turns a jog dial 7 downward. Upon determining that the jog dial 7 is turned downward, a display control section 110 adds a mail details area R3 to an information display area R1 and shows mail content in this area. After that, if determining that the jog dial 7 is turned downward, the display control section 110 re-arranges a display area and aligns a reception screen area R4 and a replay screen area R5 in the information display area R1. Then, the display control section 110 shows text of the received mail in the reception screen area R4 and shows text of replay mail in the reply screen area R5. |
