PURPOSE: A ship antenna replacement method, an apparatus thereof, and a ship including the same are provided to inform a manager about replacement of the other antenna in case a ship enters an area where a receiving signal is weak. CONSTITUTION: A state information detecting unit(120) generates antenna information. In case the signal intensity of an antenna(102) is less than a specific standard value, an antenna managing unit(130) generates a first message for alarming replacement of the other antenna. The antenna managing unit generates a second message for alarming the replacement of the antenna. A receiving side designating unit(140) receives designated terminal information. A communication unit(150) transmits the first message and the second message to the designated terminal.
