PURPOSE: A method of automatically modeling a 3D space by using a mobile mapping system(MMS) and an aerial photography, and a system are provided to perform a filtering process by using the critical value for extracting parameter to adjust a video. CONSTITUTION: A mobile mapping unit(100) obtains information of a video, camera location, camera position, and adjusts and saves the information of the video. A data processing module(500) chooses an object by comparing the obtained information of the video to the saved data of an aerial photograph. By using the information of the object, the data processing module models a 3D space. A communications module(200) sends the data of the 3D space obtained from the data processing module to a user.
