PURPOSE: A rolling control system having a learning function and a control method thereof are provided to manage accurate control setting suitable for a coil by storing rolling conditions, regulated by a worker, through learning. CONSTITUTION: A rolling control system having a learning function comprises an initial setting table(40) which stores control setting values according to coil information, a learning table(50) having the same structure as the initial setting table and storing control setting values according to coil information, a key input part(10) storing and restoring control setting values through learning, and a control part(30) searching control setting values according to the coil information stored in the learning table in response to a work command, transmitting the control setting values to a rolling controller, and updating the control setting values in the learning table according to selection through the key input part.
