PURPOSE: A chute detecting device is provided to prevent the errors of detection by detecting the accumulation of transferred objects while a rotating part is rotated according to the height of the accumulated and transferred objects. CONSTITUTION: A chute detecting device(1) comprises a duct part(10), a detecting part(20), and a control part(30). The duct part is arranged in the end of a belt conveyor, and guides transferred objects fallen through the belt conveyor. The detecting part detects the accumulation of the transferred objects.
