PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin having excellent weather resistance is provided to ensure excellent properties such as weather resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance, strippability, yellowness, and fluidity. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin having excellent weather resistance and low gloss includes a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based polymer(A), a polyurethane prepolymer(B) and an aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl coplymer(C). The (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based polymer and the polyurethane prepolymer are connected by a urethane bond and form a dispersed phase. The aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymer forms a continuous phase.
