PURPOSE: An image display device and an image display method for a night operation system of a cannon are provided to locate a target at the center of an aiming target by moving the aiming target as many as a lead angle. CONSTITUTION: An image display device(100) for a night operation system of a cannon comprises an infrared camera(110), a signal processor(120), and a display unit(130). The infrared camera photographs an image having a target. The signal processor receives a lead angle from a firing control calculator of a night operation system and locates an aiming target displayed on the photographed image at the target based on the lead angle. The display unit displays the target positioned at the aiming target. |
