摘要 The invention relates to measuring technique with use of optical analysis methods, in particular luminescent analysis. In the method for the determination of concentration of hydrogen atoms in gases one in short term affects inorganic luminophor placed to measuring cell, this is filled with gas under investigation, with reference flow of atoms of luminescent-active gas that is same in chemical composition to gas under investigation. At that one preliminarily radiates luminophor in the band of intrinsic absorption with ultraviolet. And concentration of hydrogen atoms that is found is calculated with account of increment of intensity of heterogenous chemiluminescence at instant of opening reference flux by respective relationship. The method provides increase of sensitivity of measurements, possibility of registration of super-low concentrations of atom streams, this increases reliability of measurements, and increases the range of those.
