PURPOSE: A restoration method for a rotor of a turbo machine is provided to fill up a gap formed in the directions of the shaft lines of the wings of a rotor with a filler piece such as a small tube transformable by plasticity by the result of the cutout of a rotator groove in the direction of the shaft line of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A restoration method for a rotor of a turbo machine comprises the following steps: removing rotor blades(13) and spacers from the grooves(12) of a rotor for restoration; cutting out and, simultaneously, expanding the exposed rotator grooves to remove damaged materials; introducing at least one shaft-directional groove(21) extended toward the direction of a column in order to accommodate the filler piece in the rotator grooves, wherein the gaps between the rotor blades and the cutout rotator grooves are filled up with the filler pieces in each case of a filling work; providing additional spacers(15') having recesses(17) matched up with the cutout rotor grooves and the introduced shaft-directional grooves; providing the filler pieces to be inserted into the shaft-directional grooves extended toward the direction of the column and into the matching recesses of the additional spacers; inserting the rotor blades and the additional spacers into the cutout rotor grooves; and inserting the corresponding filler pieces into the introduced shaft-directional grooves and the recesses of the additional spacers matched up with the cutout rotor grooves and the introduced shaft-directional grooves. |
