A wind wheel of a wind power plant with vertical axis rotor that consists of at least two same canvases installed on the outer rim of the wind wheel, and its axle is intended for kinematic connection with the rotor of generator of the wind power plant. The wind wheel is formed of two same rings – the upper and the lower ones, installed coaxially and rigidly connected to each other. Between the rings canvas are placed, each of those has triangular form, is fixed on two torsions between the upper and the lower rings with capability of turn with respect to the vertical axis of the canvas, this goes through one angle of the triangle and the axes of torsions, and divides canvas into two not equal in area triangles with formation of balanced suspension. |
