A burner for gas furnace comprises a cone-like base with nozzle, distributor installed on the cone-like base, the outer circular cover and inner round cover. The distributor comprises cross-like lower section and upper section connected to it. The cone-like base comprises a cone-like gas-mixing chamber, gas duct connected to nozzle, and four arranged symmetrically air ducts one end of which is connected to the cone-like gas-mixing chamber. The lower section comprises two reamed arms, on each of those a depression is provided, and an oval lug arranged in its center. In the center of the oval lug injector channel is provided, this is connected to the cone-like gas-mixing chamber. The bottom side of the upper section is provided with two symmetrical broad troughs, central gas-mixing chamber and two symmetrical narrow troughs with partition in those. The upper side of the upper section is provided with a central round chamber and the outer circular chamber, at that the outer circular chamber comprises two placed symmetrically output openings for gas. Central gas-mixing chambers, broad troughs, outlet openings and depressions in reamed arms of the cross-like lower section form two main gas ducts for mixing, supply and injection of gas and air. In the wall of the central round chamber openings or slots for fire are provided, and at the wall of the outer circular section teeth are provided, those direct fire. The narrow troughs are insulated from the central gas-mixing chambers by means of partitions. Two narrow troughs inlet openings and two other arms of the cross-like lower section form two additional gas ducts connected to the central round chamber. |
