An installation for surfacing external cylindrical surfaces of axle-boxes of an electric rolling stock comprises a base located in the direction of technological process. On the base there are located: a bearing rod, a traverse support, a traverse and a drive. It is equipped with an additional traverse, an additional support located in the bearing rod with possibility of reciprocating vertical movement, the drive is pneumatic-mechanical, a gear case and two autonomous grippers are mounted on two traverses located in the bearing rod installed on the additional rack, each gripper has a dual-function electromechanical actuator for rotating the gripper with axle-boxes and their tilting, with a remote control. |
