The invention relates to metal processing, especially to lubrication at cold deformation of ingots of metal or polymer materials, at production by drawing of rods, tubes, slabs and other profile. Method for lubrication of processing tool for profile and tube drawing is realized with lubrication film, that for one supplies with pump lubrication material under pressure, with dosing and distribution in sections with different productivity of sequential feeder, with supply of lubrication material with account of needed volume from section of feeder with respective productivity to generators where one generates lubrication film, with feeding it through nozzles installed in working zone of processing tool and with distribution of continuous lubrication film in needed volumes to sections of surface of ingot that is to be deformed at that time, and to working zone of processing tool, with extraction of excesses of lubrication material. System for lubrication of processing tool for profile and tube drawing is claimed as well. Technical result of the group of inventions is in reliable lubrication with minimal losses and consumption of lubrication material and provision of durability of processing tool. |
