A method for introducing into the abdominal cavity of trocars and needles in laparoscopic examinations and operations in children comprises the direct puncture of the anterior abdominal wall with trocar or needle at the site of the skin incision by rotational-translational motions of already imposed karbxyperytoneum. After installing into the abdominal cavity of optical laparoscope system it is directed to future puncture sitr, and the internal opening of the port is applied directly to pariyental peritoneum in a place where it is planned to make a puncture, optic tube is removed from the port of 2- and under its control the puncture is made of the anterior abdominal wall with trocar or needle, the tip of which is directed into the lumen of the optical system port.
