A method for the complex treatment of the dentition defects provides for the use of the dental implants and regenerative technologies. The method comprises the clinical examination, the planning of the surgical protocol for installation of the implants and orthopedic construction of the dental prosthesis with abutment onto the implants. In the course of the surgery, autologic plasma enriched with platelets and PRGF is obtained as gel, clot and biological fibrin membrane. The trapezium-shaped cut is performed under infiltration anesthesia. The mucous-periosteal flap is separated and the bone bed is formed. The bone canal is irrigated and the implant is moistened with PRGF gel. The implant is set up. The bone defect around the implant is filled with autograft representing the mixture of the ground autologic bone in PRGF clot. The implant is covered with biological fibrin membrane, the flap is juxtaposed and sutured. |
