PURPOSE: A collection device in comparison with discharge amount of food waste is provided to prevent injury of fingers or back of user's hand by installing an injury preventing device in a door opening and closing unit. CONSTITUTION: A collection device in comparison with discharge amount of food waste comprises a housing(110), weight measuring units(120), a door opening and closing unit(140), an injury preventing device(150), and a control unit(160). The weight measuring units are installed in an inner surface of the housing to measure weight of food waste collected in a food waste collection box(B). An authentication unit is installed in a protective cover(C) installed in the top of the housing to determine whether a person has discharge authority of the food waste or not. The door opening and closing unit opens and closes a discharge port door according to signals authenticated by the authentication unit. The injury preventing device is installed in the door opening and closing unit to prevent injury of fingers or back of user's hand. The control unit receives authentication signals from the authentication unit to control the door opening and closing unit and authorizes control signals corresponding to the signals authorized from the injury preventing device to open the discharge port door. |
